Memorial to the shooting of protesting workers on 13 January, 1905 in Riga

These pictures were taken in Riga during the first week of September, 2007. The memorial is a Soviet-era creation. It is located near the location of the incident it commemorates, down by the Daugava river near down town in the direction of the railroad bridge.
